Global Shipping
As our name states, we are a global company, meaning we ship to many countries around the world.
We have partnered with some of the best freight forwarders in the world to maintain the quickest lead times in the industry. Now to get a better understanding of our lead time, we can ship any standard product immediately from our stock in our warehouse in Dubai, UAE. Any customizations to standard products, such as different color temperatures, will take a manufacturing time of 3-4 weeks depending on the factory production schedule.
Once the items have been produced and ready to ship from the factory or are already shipped from our warehouse stock, the shipping lead time will vary depending on the mode of shipment you require and where you are located on the globe. Air freight has the fastest lead time, but can become very costly. That is why we always convince our clients to order items earlier, so we have plenty of time to save cost and ship by sea freight.
